It Takes A Village
One of the questions people often ask us is why we have such a well curated a vendor team at Ajax. The answer is simple; because we want our clients and guests to have the best experience possible. Our teams know all there is to know about making your event, the most successful one it can possibly be while being hosted at Ajax. They understand the venue, its angles, and curves and all it has to offer and will make sure your event is its own one-of-a kind unique celebration. Today we highlight Syzygy and ask a few questions of our own:
What's your favorite part of working in the Nation's Capital?
There's a very palpable energy and enthusiasm in this area and particularly in the events industry here in the nation's capital. There is certainly no shortage of exponentially passionate individuals either which makes our work here at Syzygy Events so rewarding.
What the most exciting event your company has been part of?
Our favorite event will always be our participation in National Geographic's 125th Anniversary. National Geographic’s 125th Anniversary was 100% a win for us in every single way – A true, over the top spectacle down to the smallest detail. The design team created the most beautiful schemes that encompassed digital mapping across the multiple tall columns of the National Building Museum to an extremely impressive reverse curved kabuki that measured over 80 feet tall and 80 feet wide; setting the precedence as a curve never done in the United States in that size or scale before. You simply can't recreate the beauty of that event.
What inspires you about working with clients at AJAX?
Their openness to transforming the space! AJAX was beautifully designed with wood, glass and concrete accents. AJAX clients recognize this, as well as the opportunity to bring in beautiful, decorative elements that can further enhance and elevate the space to something different and unique. We appreciate their trust in us to take their visions or ideas and turn them into a reality.
